By creating an account and booking with Oreo's Way, you confirm the following:
- I agree that all information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
- I agree to bring my dog to sessions on a flat collar or body harness with a fixed lead. I understand that choke/check chains, shock/spray collars, and flexi leads are not permitted unless agreed in advance, and that failure to arrive with correct equipment will result in cancellation without refund.
- I understand that training is motivational, reward-based, and force-free, and I agree not to use any aversive or harsh methods, instead using food, toys, or praise as rewards.
- I understand dog training participation involves inherent risks, and I accept full responsibility for my dog's behaviour and safety during sessions.
- I agree that, while every care is taken, Oreo's Way cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to people, property, or dogs during training sessions.
- I agree that all fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances.
- I agree to raise any complaints directly with Oreo's Way, and I understand that concerns about professional conduct may be referred to their accrediting body (PACT).
- I agree that Oreo's Way may contact my dog's veterinarian and discuss my case unless I specifically request otherwise.
- I understand that my personal contact details will be stored securely in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
- I understand that in the event of a medical episode, my dog must be removed from the session for safety and welfare reasons, and that an ambulance is not required unless there is visible injury.
- I understand that my session time will not be deducted due to a medical episode and that any lost time will be made up in a future session.
- I agree that cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
- I agree that arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in the full session fee being charged.
- I understand that a session may be ended early if Oreo's Way believes my dog is distressed, with full payment taken.
- I agree that all children under 18 will be supervised by a guardian at all times.
- I agree to keep my dog on lead at all times unless instructed otherwise.
- I understand that training results depend on my consistency and commitment.
- I have fully disclosed my dog's background, any behavioural issues, bite history or aggression concerns.
